Parental Agreement

1. Ownership of agreement

1.1 This agreement is sent by Be Awesome Music Ltd (hereinafter referred to as BAM Ltd) and its terms agreed by the parent/guardian of the child mentioned in the attached invoice.

2. Agreement duration

2.1 This agreement will last for one academic year, at the end of which a new agreement will be presented and agreed by both parties.

3. Changes to agreement

3.1 Any alterations to the agreement must be made in writing giving at least half a term's notice.

4. BAM Ltd promise to parents

4.1 BAM Ltd will provide 33 sessions per academic year, averaging 11 lessons per term.

4.2 Any absence will be made up when possible at the end of a term.

4.3 BAM Ltd will aim to guide the peripatetic students through one instrumental grade per year, or the equivalent standard should the pupil not wish to take exams.

4.4 BAM Ltd will report, to the school and parent, any student who is regularly absent or who is regularly unprepared having not practised for lessons.

5. Parent/guardian promise to BAM Ltd

5.1Parents/guardians will give at least half a term's notice if they wish to terminate lessons.

5.2 Parents/guardians will ensure payment for lessons is made BEFORE lessons commence at the start of each term unless previously agreed by both parties.

6. Conclusion of agreement

6.1 Both parties must demonstrate a willingness to maintain this agreement but it is recognised that all articles may not be met at all times. In the instance of a part of the agreement not being met, BAM Ltd and the parents/guardians will communicate to discuss the relevant reasons why, and the actions for, the failure.

6.2 By continuing to use the services provided by BAM Ltd, the Client acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Service Agreement.
