Our legal basis for processing your data is the performance of our contract with you (the Parental Agreement) and our legitimate interest in running our tuition service.
Your personal information (name, email, phone, child's details) is stored securely within Stripe, our payment processing provider. Stripe is a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor — the highest level of security certification in the payments industry.
We never see or store your full card details. When you enter your card information, it is sent directly to Stripe's secure servers. We only receive a reference token that allows us to request payments — we cannot see your card number, expiry date, or CVC.
Attendance records are stored securely within our internal systems and shared with your child's school.
All payments are processed by Stripe Payments UK Ltd. When you save your card during sign-up, Stripe securely stores your payment details. We then use Stripe to collect tuition fees at the start of each term. You will receive a payment receipt from Stripe for each transaction.
